MEMBER
CUSA offers the capability to search across county and state boundaries with over 100+ data fields for reporting. In the search criteria you can search all data sets or select which counties and/or states to include. The Search options are:
- Property Owner Name
- Property Location (Situs Address)
- Parcel Identification Number (Assessor/Appraiser identifying number associated with the parcel of land)
- Map Buffer in feet or miles from a selected subject property utilizing the CUSA Map

As an alternative to printing out the Advanced Report you will have the option to upload the report details to a CSV file.
Both printed reports include a thumbnail of the subject property parcel from the Map, street level image of the property if available and sketch of the building footprint if available.
All search results will be limited to 100 parcels returned that match your search criteria.
1. FREE Basic Search/Report – Search criteria include Property Owner Name, Property Location or Parcel Identification Number. The generated report includes the location information, limited residential and commercial information on the improvements located on the parcel and current and previous year value information. 2. Pay-As-You-Go Advanced Search/Report – Search criteria include the Property Owner Name, Property Location or Parcel Identification Number. The generated report includes detailed available information on the selected properties. For a sample of the Advanced Report click here. The cost of each report is $14.95. You will be asked for your payment information and a Log In will be assigned. Your account will be debited for each report generated. Option to upload to a CSV file is available with this selection and for each parcel in the results you will be charged the $14.95 fee.
3. Subscriber Advanced Search/Report – Search criteria and report are the same as Pay-As-You-Go. The subscription will cover a 12 month period and you will be notified 30 days in advance of your membership expiring. Option to upload to a CSV file is available with this selection.
4. Map Buffer – using the CUSA Map you can select a buffer around a subject property returning the results that are included within the buffer. You may then select to print out a report for each property in the search results or upload the search results to a CSV file. The cost of this service is dependent on your choice of options 1 – 3 above to obtain the information on real estate parcels.
