Search and Reporting
Basic Search criteria include Owner Name, Property Address and Parcel Identification Number resulting in the Basic Report. CUSA also offers the extended Search capabilities from 3rd Party Applications resulting in the Advanced Report or Reports specific to the application with the option to download to a CVS file. CUSA Member
By becoming a Member of CUSA you will have unlimited search and reporting capabilities with a 12 month subscription. In addition you will have access to 3rd Party Applications specific to a vendor solution. For more information on becoming a Member of CUSA click here.
Industry Specific 3rd Party Applications
Providing a platform for entrepreneurs to develop unique business solutions capable of searching across the geographical and tabular database that is national in scope, is expected to lead to innovation and a paradigm shift in the way property information is used. 3rd Party Applications serving the needs of both the public and private sector will grow in response to the user demand. The revenue from the advertising is part of the public private partnership with the government jurisdiction where the revenue is shared.
